The top six teams in each final of the constituent leagues are entered into a national virtual gala to identify which teams will be invited to compete in the national finals at Sandwell Aquatics Centre in March 2026. Each league’s winner is automatically invited to the cup final, and so Camden Swiss Cottage A will have a place in that national cup final. Through the virtual gala Chelsea & Westminster will also have a place in the cup final. What was the B final has been renamed the plate final, and Brompton and Basildon & Phoenix have been invited to compete in the plate final because of their position in the national virtual gala.
Enfield Swim Squad and Greenwich Royals are relegated to division one for the 2026 season.
Stopsley Swim Squad Red won the division one trophy and Dunstable were runners-up. These two teams are therefore promoted to the premier division for the 2026 season.
Halstead and Hillingdon B are relegated to division two for the 2026 season.
Ealing won the division two trophy and Hackney Anaconda B were runners-up. These two teams are therefore promoted to the division one for the 2026 season.
